MEET THE FOUNDER, DR HELEN JOANNIDI
I am an observer and a thinker. As an HCPC - registered Senior Clinical Psychologist with two decades of experience, I help people navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, health concerns, life transitions and emotional difficulties. Since qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist, I have worked across the NHS, private and international healthcare settings in both the UK and UAE.
My interest in Clinical Psychology began whilst studying Psychology and Philosophy at the University of Warwick, where I first discovered the writings of Oliver Sacks. I was inspired by the compassion and curiosity he brought to understanding people's experiences. Today, I aim to bring those same qualities into my own practice. I have a compassionate and calm style, and I strive to create a safe therapeutic space for my clients to feel genuinely heard, understood and supported.

I focus on helping people develop meaningful, lasting changes that fit into busy lives. I specialise in working with high achievers and perfectionists experiencing burnout, anxiety, recent health concerns, and peri-menopause. Many of my clients are successful and thriving in life, yet privately struggle with self criticism, anxiety, perfectionism or a persistent sense that they are never quite doing enough.
